ReplyGen provides AI-powered tools to help businesses collect customer-written review notes, polish those notes into editable drafts, and share review flows through QR codes and links. The service includes:

  • AI-assisted polishing of customer-written review notes using Google Gemini
  • QR code generation for easy customer access
  • Shareable review links
  • Referral tracking for marketing campaigns

3. User Accounts

To use our service, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Subscription and Payment

Our service is offered as a subscription:

  • Pro Plan: $9.99 per active business / month
  • 7-day free trial available
  • Subscription automatically renews unless cancelled
  • You can cancel anytime from your dashboard

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the service to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe upon the rights of others
  • Generate false, misleading, or deceptive reviews
  • Use the service to misrepresent a reviewer's real experience on Google or other platforms
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service
  • Use the service for any illegal purpose

6. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the service, including business information, customer experience highlights, and customer-written notes. However, you grant ReplyGen a license to use this content to provide our services.

7. Intellectual Property

The service, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by ReplyGen and is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

9. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL REPLYGEN BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ReplyGen and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for any reason, including violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service immediately ceases.
